We loved the location of this hotel on a quiet street, just a short walk to the high street with lots of restaurants, shops, and bus stops to the city center. It was close enough to the center of the city to be convenient, but far enough away to feel relaxing. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that were well-decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

We enjoyed the vintage atmosphere of this hotel, which was close enough to the center of the city but far enough away to feel relaxing. The peaceful and quiet location allowed us to unwind after exploring the bustling town of Edinburgh. We found it very convenient to get into the New Town by hopping onto a bus, which we did several times a day to go into Princes Street. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that were nicely decorated. The staff were polite, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B! Our room was incredibly spacious with high ceilings and large windows, making it feel airy and comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with a variety of hot cooked options as well as baked goods and cereals. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a local bus service conveniently located at the top of the street and plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Additionally, the parking facilities were a great convenience for our visit.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities and more. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, with plenty of coffee shops and just a few minutes' walk to the Meadows, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Additionally, it was easy to access the New Town by hopping on a nearby bus, which we did multiple times a day to explore Princes Street. There were also a plethora of excellent restaurants in close proximity, as well as shops and bus stops that led directly to the city center.

It was all superb.

We loved the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and great choice for breakfast. The location was perfect with a couple of very good cafes just around the corner on the bottom floor. The staff were friendly and helpful.
