Absolutely brilliant hotel with a modern style.

Located directly in the Leith district and just next door to the Roman St Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church.

Reasonably spacious rooms, all with a conemporary decor and a hairdryer.

Some units with modern decor.

Delicious breakfast included.

An amazing restaurant serves local meals.

Rates are great.

A few past guests were dissatisfied with pretty small beds.

The hotel's location opposite a beautiful park was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The frequent bus service right outside the door made it easy to reach the city center in just 10 minutes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing useful local information and even allowing us to use the dining room for takeaway meals in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were more than satisfactory. The parking was convenient with ample space available right outside. We found the transportation extremely convenient, with a bus stop right outside the door, providing easy access to the city's attractions. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the best city attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, recommending gorgeous walks around the area and providing excellent service. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a range of options to suit everyone's tastes.

The location of this guest house is fantastic - right across from a park and with easy access to transportation. There is a bus stop just at the front of the place, with direct buses to both the city center and main attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The rooms were impeccably clean, and I enjoyed the beautiful garden/park view from my window. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside for easy transportation to all the places I wanted to visit. The dining area was well organized, and the food, especially the omelettes made by Dora, was delicious. The staff, James and Dora, were incredibly kind and made me feel at home. I also appreciated the homely and warm atmosphere, as well as the interesting conversations I had with James. This place is definitely worth another visit!

I had such a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location was amazing, with a bus stop right outside the door that provided direct transportation to the city center. I was able to easily explore this beautiful city and visit landmarks like Princes Street and the Royal Mile. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I also appreciated the convenience of parking on the street outside. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
