The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering a glass of champagne upon check-in. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The room we stayed in was spacious and stylish, with a cool electronic panel for lighting and blinds. The hotel also had a great bar with a lively atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, including finding a doctor at short notice.

Don't have any issues at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean in areas. The location is prime with shops and plenty of places to eat and drink.

Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a fantastic stay in the New York Junior Suite with bare brick walls and city skyline paintings. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary hotel facilities for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the convenient parking and excellent transportation options in this city. The location of the hotel was perfect for wandering around and exploring the area. The staff, particularly Agnieszka and Emmanouil, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

No issues.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see.

There was nothing I didn't like.
