We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process and accommodating our request for a room change. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city centre and Leith via a frequent bus service. Additionally, the hotel was close to a trendy harbor where we could enjoy drinks. The room was clean, cozy, and warm, with plenty of covers provided. The hotel facilities, including the Gosford bar, added to our pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff ensured our needs were met throughout our stay.

The hotel staff in the morning were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient for transportation, with a bus stop just around the corner. It took only 10 minutes on the bus to get into the city center, making it a great option for exploring this city.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the spotless room to the well-maintained wash hand basins. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a cozy bar and two pubs with delicious food options. The location was perfect, with a convenient bus stop just around the corner for easy transportation into town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast options, especially the full Scottish breakfast, were delicious and filled me up for a day of exploring.
